== SNMP traps ==
If The preferred way of creating notifications is using SNMP traps; notifying all trap receivers about hostUp and hostDown event. Configure a trap receiver on the System > SNMP service is startedpage, and then enable SNMP traps are configuredon the Network > Load balancer page. You may enable In raw configuration, this equals to load-balanacer { send traps ... } system { snmp-server { trap receiver X.X.X.X } ... } ... The <tt>send trapsrelayd</tt> in relayd to notify all trap receivers about hostUp and hostDown events. relayd send daemon sends a trap <tt>enterprise.30155.3.1 </tt> (relaydStateChange), with descriptive objects object values.
