We offer both software licenses and hardware models. The software can be used for free, or upgraded with license keys that enables more functionality and includes free support. The prices below are recommended end-user prices, which resellers are allowed to adjust themselves. Because we don't normally do direct sales; if purchasing from us directly, a kickback might be given to a regional parter, distributor or reseller.

How to buy
License keys can be directly purchased online using PayPal/credit card from the web administration's System > License page. The license key is e-mailed to your e-mail address immediately. You can also contact us for a quote on [email protected] or by phone.
Compare models
The first choice you need to make is between a software license (which can be used on supported hardware or as a virtual machine) or a hardware appliance built by us (like traditional firewalls). The benefits of software licensing (buying your own hardware) is mainly the price/performance ratio. However, many customers prefer our hardware models, because they are tested and optimised "out of the box", and simplified warranty issues.
Our hardware models have names such as "1204" and "3116", where the last two numbers (such as "04") are the number of ports/interfaces. The first letters are the hardware model and license type. Even numbers (such as "12" and "30") are the base models, and uneven number (such as "13" and "31") are versions of the same hardware, but with unlimited licenses. In other words, "1204" is the base model, and "1304" is the same hardware model, but with an unlimited license.
Models
The tables below contains the license restrictions that we apply, and the hardware models that we produce. Items not listed (such as OSPF routing, the number of interfaces, etc) is consequentially not restricted by license. There's also a list of performance benchmarks.
Service provider licensing
As cloud computing[1] became increasingly popular, so has selling virtualised firewalls and routers (sometimes referred to as IaaS). We offer flexible subscription licenses with automatic provisioning for service providers; please contact us on [email protected] or by phone for a quote.
